We Talk Through Your Needs
We’ll discuss whether you’re looking for birth support, postpartum support, or a combination of services.
You Ask Your Questions
Bring any questions about doula care, availability, communication, support options, or how the process works.
We Decide Whether It Feels Like a Good Fit
If you feel comfortable moving forward, I’ll explain the next steps. If not, there is no obligation and no pressure.
Before We Meet
You do not need to prepare anything formal before your consultation. If helpful, you may have your estimated due date or baby’s birth date, planned birth location, general availability, and any questions you want to ask nearby. The conversation is meant to feel easy and supportive.
After the Consultation
If we decide to work together, you’ll receive information about the services you selected, the service agreement, payment or deposit details, and the next steps for onboarding. Once those pieces are completed, we’ll begin planning your support together.
